Meet Robert

Richmond native, father of two grown awesome young adults, VCU grad, CPA, real estate broker, mortgage broker, and volunteer EMS provider:

Always wanting to know a little about a lot, I graduated from VCU with degrees in finance and accounting and minors in political science & economics.  From there pursued a brief career as a CPA before a 15+ year mortgage career.  Taking skills learned from all the above, I dove full force into real estate in 2014 becoming a top producer with Fathom Realty for 9 years.  During this time, I developed the small neighborhood Hager Estates off in the near west end from scratch, have managed my own rental properties for 20+ years, and renovated and flipped several homes.

Finally realizing my dream in 2022, I decided to focus my skills combining my business and math knowledge, sales, building construction and design into Hager ResiMercial to focus on residential real estate, light commercial, and property management.
